Is ESINEV a university?

No. ESINEV is a private online school offering non-degree professional training in event management, wedding planning and related fields. Each programme is not a South African degree and is not registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) or accredited by SAQA or the CHE.

What certificate will I receive?

When you complete a programme you receive an ESINEV certificate of completion stating the programme, its learning hours and your final project.

Are the programmes really 100% online?

Yes. Modules, materials, assignments and tutor feedback are all on our virtual campus, available 24/7.

When can I start?

New intakes start every two months. Contact an advisor to confirm the next start date.

How long does each programme take?

Short courses and micro-credentials take a few weeks, diplomas a few months and our most advanced programmes around 12 months (1,500 learning hours). The exact duration is shown on each programme page.

How much does it cost and can I pay in instalments?

Fees are shown in South African rand (ZAR) on each programme page. You can spread the cost with interest-free instalments.

Do I need previous experience in events?

No. Our courses and diplomas are designed for beginners as well as people already working in events, hospitality or marketing.

Do you offer internships or job placements?

ESINEV does not guarantee internships or job placements. Every programme includes practical case studies and a final project you can add to your portfolio.
